Sun Rise Equity Group
Elsa is the CEO/Founder of Sunrise Equity Group, a private Real Estate investment firm. She is also a national speaker and multifamily coach. Elsa helps people to generate wealth through through passive Real Estate investments.
Prior to managing Sunrise Equity Group, Elsa served as a Managing Member, CFO for North Star Development, a full-service pre-construction development firm. She also had a 15 corporate years as a Financial Controller.
Elsa has an Undergraduate Degree in Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Business Management.
Grew up in a small village in Vietnam, Elsa knew first-hand the disastrous impacts of poverty and lack of education. As she had the opportunity to immigrate to the US at the age of 13, she was determined to leverage the opportunities in this country to make a difference in her own life and the lives of others, especially those in third-world countries.
Elsa learned that investing in real estate is the way to fulfill this vision. She is committed to helping people from all walks of life to create generational wealth through real estate investments.
